Location

Westfields Golf Club is located 14 miles south of Dulles International Airport and 30 minutes west from the Nations Capital.

Alcoholic Beverages

The Virginia State Liquor Commission regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. Westfields is responsible for the administration of those regulations. We do not permit outside alcoholic beverages at our facility.

Decorations

Decorations or displays brought into the Golf Club must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached with nails, staples, tape or any other substances in order to prevent damage to the fine fixtures and furnishings.

Guaranteed Guest Attendance

It is requested that your Event Manager be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function 7 days prior to the event date. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged. Dietary substitutions are available upon request.

Security

Westfields Golf Club shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the Golf Club.

Catering

Westfields Golf Club requires that all events use our in-house catering for the food and beverage program. Outside catering is no longer allowed here at Westfields.

Prices

All food and beverage prices are subject to a 22% Service Charge and 6% VA Sales Tax.

Hours of Operation

Westfields Golf Club can host one banquet event per day. During peak season, months banquets are restricted to the evening only. Event timing is allowed between 4:00pm - 12:00am. 5 hours of rental fee is included in our base pricing.
